Consistent Character Development
This visual development project explores how a master character identity can be carried across multiple facial views and full-body camera angles. The goal is to establish consistent character references for future video generation. The panels illustrate the visual output, while the workflow screenshots show the organization, versioning, and attention to detail behind the process.

Structured Workflow & File Organization
These directory snapshots document a deliberate workflow: master identities, prompt and reference versions, working/QA images, approved angle masters, and compositing assets remain organized as the character evolves.
